The Process
Our pool heating system differs from our residential and commercial water heating systems because we use flat panel solar collectors to heat pools due of their ease of use and practicality. The process is relatively simple and our pool heating systems, like our water heating systems, are easy to use and very easy to install, but, should you need it, Solar Enterprises expert technicians would be happy to install and set up your pool heating system for you.
1. Solar Enterprise’s solar pool heaters are installed with your current pool filtration system. Instead of your water going back into the pool after going through the pool filter, it will go through solar collectors, which can be set up on a roof near the pool or set up on a stand next to the pool.
2. When the water passes through the solar collectors it will be heated to a comfortable temperature that can be set up to fit the needs of each individual. To make sure that the pool doesn’t get too hot Solar Enterprises includes a temperature monitor that will determine how much heat is required to raise your pool to your desired temperature.
3. When your pool doesn’t require additional heating, the water will be diverted away from the collectors so that it will go directly back into the pool after passing through the filter. Again, when the sensor determines your pool needs additional heating, the diverting valves will once again allow the water to pass through the collectors and get heated.
